The Course

This 40-hour LPC Supervision Training, led by Jessica Eiseman, MS, LPC-S, NCC, provides a comprehensive and engaging experience designed to meet Texas LPC supervision requirements. Approved for continuing education units, including 12 hours focused on ethics and legal issues, the course combines 14 hours of live virtual instruction with 26 hours of self-paced, at-home assignments. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to become effective, ethical supervisors, with a focus on supervision models, cultural competence, and professional standards. Need an ethics booster? We’re offering a 3-hour refresher course (pre-approved for LPC ethics CEs in Texas) for those supervisors already licensed who want a deep dive into sticky supervision dilemmas, ethical gray areas, and balancing power dynamics with integrity.

Jessica Eiseman is a highly experienced Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and Nationally Board-Certified Counselor (NCC) with over 14 years in the mental health field. As the owner of Ajana Therapy & Clinical Services, a teaching practice, Jessica is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of mental health professionals.

Her practice is uniquely structured to support clinicians at every stage of their professional journey—from graduate students to LPC Associates to fully licensed professionals. Through personalized mentorship, hands-on training, and real-world guidance, Jessica fosters growth, empowering clinicians to build their skills, confidence, and professional identity while navigating the complexities of the field.
