Course Summary

This comprehensive workshop fulfills the Texas LPC supervision requirements and is approved for 40 hours of continuing education units (CEUs) for Licensed Professional Counselors, including 14 hours dedicated to ethics and legal issues. The course is taught by Jessica Eiseman, MS, LPC-S, NCC, a highly experienced supervisor and nationally board-certified counselor.

Workshop Structure:

  • Part I: Live Virtual Instruction
    • Dates: Friday, January 31, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM CST, and Saturday, February 1, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM CST
    • Format: 12 hours of interactive virtual sessions spread over two days
  • Part II: Self-Paced Online Assignments
    • Duration: 26 hours
    • Access: Materials available from Day 1 of the virtual course
    • Completion Window: 90 days from the start of the virtual instruction, in compliance with Texas Administrative Code §681.147(2)

This structure allows you to balance professional development with client commitments, minimizing time away from your practice.

Additional Support:

Approximately midway through the 90-day period, a 2-hour follow-up virtual session with Jessica Eiseman will be scheduled. The cohort will determine the exact date during the initial training. This session provides an opportunity to address questions, review contracts, and reflect on the training material.
